Prepare cold brew by first grinding your favorite coffee beans coarsely. Then, using a toddy, add a little bit of water to the filter. Continue by layering the ground coffee with water. Let it sit for 12 hours.
Add the water to the aniseed syrup. Mix with cold brew and add vanilla syrup. Stir and pour!
For an extra kick of sweetness, add a dash of grenadine into the glass before pouring.
