The juniper berry's fruity and peppery dryness mix with the citrus notes of grapefruit in this sunset mocktail.


Lightly crush 100g of dried juniper berries to achieve superior infusion. Fill four tea infusers with two tablespoons of crushed berries each and drop into hot water. Let cool for 12 hours, then remove infusers. Squeeze lemons, straining to make sure there is no pulp and add it to the cold brew. Add grapefruit syrup and simple syrup and stir.
